Parameter Description

Start date The date from which the tachograph charts data is to be exported.

Enter 01.01.07 if you wish to export the current year's (2007) data.

End date The date up to which the tachograph charts data is to be exported.

Enter 31.12.2007 if you wish to export the current year's (2007) data.

File name The name of the text file to be created; e.g. "Chartexport.txt".

Database The name of the company database from which the data is to be

exported.

Separator A character by means of which individual columns in the text file are

separated.

Possible separators:

•#

Directory The directory in which the created text file is stored.

TISExportChart

s.INI

The name of the file in which the data to be exported is defined; also

refer to Chapter 8.1.1 "Structure of the export file" from page 8-7.

3 Save the file under the name "TISExportCharts.bat" in the "TISExportChart"

folder in the installation directory of TIS-Office.

4 Close the notepad.

Task Scheduler

5 Start the Task Scheduler by clicking on "[start] > Control Panel > Scheduled

Tasks".

The Scheduled Tasks window will be displayed.

6 Double-click on "Add Scheduled Task".

The Scheduled Task Wizard will now start.
